RAC is pleased to bring you this 3-part webinar series with Geraldine Villeneuve!
Geraldine Villeneuve, BSc, LMP, is an internationally recognized reflexologist, educator, and researcher with over 40 years of clinical experience. She is the creator of Structural Reflexology®, a revolutionary method trademarked in 2013 that integrates functional foot mechanics with traditional reflexology to promote healthier feet and bodies. For nearly three decades, Geraldine’s work has focused on understanding how muscle attachment sites overlap with reflexes on the feet, leading her to develop a unique reflexology map that bridges anatomy, movement, and reflexive therapy. Her Structural Reflexology® method has proven highly effective in addressing foot-based ailments while relieving stress locally and systemically. |
Geraldine is the author of Put Your Best Feet Forward: Exploring the Causes and Cures of Foot Pain with Structural Reflexology® and Free-Range Feet: Walk with Ease Using Structural Reflexology, both widely respected by healthcare professionals and the general public. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation and is a Licensed Massage Practitioner specializing in injury remediation.
A passionate and inspiring educator, Geraldine has presented at healthcare and reflexology conferences worldwide. She was honored with the Reflexology Association of America’s Excellence in Education Award in 2021 and received the International Council of Reflexologists’ Award for Significant Contribution to Reflexology Research in 2019.
Geraldine continues to teach and introduce Structural Reflexology® internationally, empowering practitioners to better understand the vital relationship between foot function and whole-body health.

The goal of these webinars is for students to understand the reflexive value of foot muscles and how foot mechanics influence the vitality of the body.
WEBINAR 1:
Orientation of Structural Reflexology
October 24, 2026 ~ 10-11:15 am PST
Foot problems are on the rise and reflexologists are being sought after to help those afflicted with foot pain. Billions of dollars are spent annually on foot pain and sadly, many of those treatments are not as effective as one might hope.
Structural Reflexology can make a difference in the quality of one’s foot care and overall health with simple, common-sense knowledge and by administering techniques to restore lasting balance and wholeness.
Objectives:
WEBINAR 2:
Tracing issues in the body to specific, overly stressed foot muscles
October 25, 2026 ~ 10-11:15 am PST
Tracing issues in the body to specific, overly stressed foot muscles: Linking reflexive reactions to silent foot problems and the ensuing postural disturbances.
Reflexology maps have evolved brilliantly through the ages. No doubt our earliest, barefooted ancestors experienced foot pain and found relief in the skilled hands of those who detected local inflammation on feet, which must have planted the seed of what we now call, foot reflexology. It’s clear that our foot care predecessors opened a portal for the evolution of numerous insights giving reflexology its place as a viable profession. Structural reflexology is but one of those sensible advancements that connects inflammatory sites on feet to ensuing postural deviations as compensation for the pain, and consequently to the development of disturbances occurring in other parts of the body.
Objectives:
WEBINAR 3:
How Structural Reflexology Can Help
October 26, 2026 ~ 10-11:15 am PST
How to make transformational changes by relieving muscle and ligament strain in the feet and thus, improve metabolism and quality of movement using Structural Reflexology techniques.

Objectives:
- Understanding foot structure and the relationship of long foot muscles leading from the lower leg to their attachment sites on the foot.
- Understanding the overlapping effect muscles have with foot reflexes.
- Realizing how faulty foot mechanics lead to muscle strain and foot problems,
- Tracing local muscle strain on the foot to inflammatory responses in the rest of the body.

Objectives:
- Review foot muscles and their attachment to the foot.
- Understanding the collaborative way foot muscles move the body.
- Understanding the fall-out that happens to the foot and reflexively, to the body when foot muscles become overly strained.
- Addressing specific foot problems and their cause.

October 26, 2026 ~ 10-11:15 am PST
How to make transformational changes by relieving muscle and ligament strain in the feet and thus, improve metabolism and quality of movement using Structural Reflexology techniques.
Objectives:
- Identify foot muscles and their reflexive value within Zones 5-1
- Demonstrate easy Structural Reflexology techniques to release muscle strain affecting reflexes within these zones, to improve foot function and to positively affect reflex activity.
