Title: Structural Reflexology Made Simple
Time: 9am-5pm, Monday, March 15, 2027
Cost: $200 (RAC members), $250 (non-members)
Description:  This one day workshop will provide students with simple and effective structural reflexology techniques designed to support healthy foot function and stimulate reflex activity by helping to release tension in the muscles and ligaments of the feet.
Click the button below to view an example illustrating functional improvement for one of Geraldine's students. The foot print images show changes achieved during a  training. You'll notice, the darker inked areas show faulty weight distribution across her foot as she walks as well as reflex areas that may be affected. The foot print on the right shows a more balanced distribution of weight throughout the foot and a dramatic improvement in how effectively her feet support and carry her body. She reported experiencing a significant improvement in her overall well-being.

Conference Panelists

Our Soul to Sole Panel Discussion is an opportunity to listen to how and in what ways your panelists are using SOUL in their life and practice. This panel will begin with each panelist sharing a little about what soul to sole means to them. Their topics are below. If you are interested in participating in our Q&A, be sure to read our panelists topics below and submit any questions you have HERE or by clicking the button below. Be sure to register first, as questions are for registrants only.
Ildiko Zambo: "The Oneness of All"
Soul as Oneness. The soul as our unique and authentic essence — the “I AM” within each of us. While spirit is the divine spark that gives life, the soul is what makes each of us distinct. Drawing from consciousness studies, Craniosacral Reflexology, and the wisdom of the body, I will reflect on the journey from separation to oneness, the purpose of concealment and revelation, and the importance of turning inward to discover our deepest truth.

The body, particularly the cerebrospinal fluid and central nervous system, can serve as a bridge between consciousness and the soul. Through this perspective, the soul becomes not an abstract concept, but a living presence that guides us toward self-awareness, healing, authenticity, and love. This presentation invites participants to contemplate the relationship between consciousness, the body, and the soul’s journey toward self-realization.

Geraldine Villeneuve: "Journey from Soul to Sole, led by the Sacred Heart"
Beneath the chest,
the sacred heart softly stays,
eternal and still,
alive in Love’s bright ways.

From sole to soul,
all possibility flows--
a quiet flame of love,
forever blooming, forever known.

By the grace of Love,
and if hearts permit,
my hands upon your feet
uncover the key to your soul,
the pathway to your sacred heart,
where freedom abides
and abundance waits.

Stefanie Sabounchian: "My Soul - My Divine Spark"
To me my soul is everything, my spiritual being, my energetic being, the love that radiates through my heart, my passion, and it is my connection to the divine energy, the universe, and to other beings.

When we touch someone's life, it is our soul that connects. We as reflexologists, touch other people in so many ways. And it’s all connected and all an important part of what we are doing to help people feel better. Our touch nourishes the soul and the body, through the sole, through the palm, and through the outer ear.

It was my soul's path, or my divine spark, that brought me to reflexology, though of course not in a straight line. At first, when I was young, it was just the love of helping people to feel better. That always had been my soul's purpose. The very first time I read about Reflexology, it instantly became my passion. Still is. It was like an awakening, a growing up. My soul knew that I found the right channel. Following and trusting my soul’s path further, I became a reflexology instructor, where I get to share my heartfelt passion and love for reflexology with students at the same time as sharing my knowledge.

These soul connections with other reflexologists are so beautiful. The community we have, the family we are. You might have felt it here at the conference, or when you walked into a classroom and felt an instant, deep familiarity with a total stranger, you know exactly what I mean. I experience this all the time. Those aren't just passing moments—they are true soul connections.

I encourage each of you to follow your heart and trust that unique spark within you. Listen to your intuition and know that your beautiful soul will always guide the way. Let your light and your love shine!

Bill Flocco: "To Know, Love, and Serve"
Preparing for this conference, this teaching came mind. ‘To Know, Love, and Serve God.’ Over the decades, to me, these terms have come to mean: Knowledge is wisdom and truth repeatedly given to us by the great Masters, such as The Lord Jesus, Lord Buddha, Sir George King, and others.  Love is ‘Wisdom in Action.’ Service is doing something active for God’s children, for the Mother Earth, and all of Creation.

What is Soul to Sole Service? Going inward, seeking guidance for what we can do and how we can be, for all God’s children, for the Mother Earth, and all of Creation, and, following that guidance. What is Sole to Soul Service? There is a teaching, ‘Miracles are not made by God, for man,’ But rather, ‘Miracles are made by man, for God.’ Become the most knowledgeable, skilled, caring reflexology practitioner you can imagine, for the well-being and highest good of your clients … a high calling indeed.

’Oh Mighty God, in great humility do I Ask You to send forth Your Power,
To give to me this great lasting Privilege, of being a channel,
So that my suffering brothers may be Helped, and Guided, and Healed, …’
‘New Lord’s Prayer’ ‘Copyright owned by the Aetherius Society’

This excerpt from my daily prayers asks guidance,
to do God’s Will,
to the degree humanly possible,
with every thought, word, and deed.

Chantel C Lucier: "Alchemical Reflexology: A Soulful and Heart-filled Practice"
The nature of an alchemical process involves changing something from one form into another, such as a base metal into precious gold. In Alchemical Reflexology, we ignite the heart, the strongest neuronal processing center that does not engage in or use words to define its expression. This heart-centered approach provides an opportunity for a shift to occur within both the client and practitioner. That which is stuck or stagnant has an opportunity to transmute into expansion and flow. I pose that alchemy may be the very system we employ as grounded, present, and self-aware practitioners. Although, we are not alchemists per se. We are, in fact, witnesses to a client's healing potential ~ it is the client that alchemizes and has the power to transform anything within or around them.

When I teach reflexology, the student is asked to transform themselves. To look within and alchemize the old, outdated thought patterning that may be keeping them stagnant. When the practitioner heals and unravels into the mystery that is their true self, they become aligned with their soul-purpose. We become alchemists with the ability to transform ourselves and, without fixing, controlling, or manipulating anything, we inspire our clients to unfold into their most-aligned and healed self. We are doing this in a variety of ways—one of which is through mirror neurons. If the client experiences the practitioner as whole, there are specialized brain cells in the client that say, “I am doing that too," I can do that too," "I see that," "I am that.” Practitioner state is everything. In reflexology I send a message via the central nervous system and the energetic message I send alongside, deeply within my growing balanced and regulated self is one of clarity, consistency, and love.

The heart has it's own intrinsic nervous system. A mere 40, 000 neurons, our heart (sweetly known as the "little brain") is very potent. Studies have been done that indicate the heart itself is a conductor and can impact things outside itself. In one study conducted by Joe Dispenza and the HeartMath Institute, a heart-centered mediation synchronized random devices globally. Its energy extends and can influence others. I pose the question, can our heart be the conductor? Can it be the very thing that alchemizes? Is it part of what we ignite to heal ourselves?

Does reflexology by a soulful and heart-filled practitioner have the power to alchemize or transform a physical, spiritual, or psychological disruption in a client? If we are all interconnected beings, do you believe that by healing yourself, you can ignite a healing potential in another? What do you believe?

Explore Petaluma!

Sonoma County is home to one of the state’s oldest and most historic cities: Petaluma. It boasts a well-maintained downtown that is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.

First settled in 1851 and chartered in 1858, Petaluma straddles the Petaluma River and has been prosperous from its early days, thanks in large part to its importance as a shipping port. That prosperity translated into beautiful homes and impressive commercial buildings, all of which managed to survive the 1906 earthquake that devastated many other Bay Area cities.

Petaluma has evolved through the years, and today it combines the best of the 21st century with a deep respect for the past.

In the historic downtown, beautifully renovated 19th century buildings hold acclaimed farm-to-table restaurants and cafés, modern art galleries, unique clothing boutiques, and the small-but-fascinating Petaluma Historical Library & Museum, which is housed in a former Carnegie Library building. The museum offers docent-led tours of the historic downtown area.
Before exploring Petaluma, you may want to drop in at the Petaluma Visitors Center, located in a renovated Mission Revival train depot just steps away from downtown. They’ll provide you with maps, self-guided tour itineraries, and lots more.
